This is a privately procured Tiger Stripe Racing Jacket, estimated circa 1970s. The fabric is a copy of Silver Tiger made in Thailand and the jacket was tailored in Taylor. The zipper is very unique and is fitted with a 50's style zipper, modeled after the 50's riders jackets, making it a shorter jacket. Overall, there is little fading and the color remains beautifully intact. The jacket has probably been hardly worn since it was tailored. The lining is made of a fabric with an indescribable color and pattern that gives the jacket a local feel. It is assumed that this jacket was tailored as a commemorative jacket for a garrison in Southeast Asia. It is a very nice jacket. This is not a combat jacket, but a jacket tailored for everyday wear, so it is still an item that can be used for many years to come. This is a used item and cannot be returned. Please understand.
