Among tiger stripes, a large number of dead stocks of the popular Okinawa Tiger pattern are in stock. We are especially pleased to introduce a relatively large US cut size shirt, which is a very popular size. We call it Okinawa Tiger, but it is identical to the pattern also known as John Wayne or JWD by collectors. The shirt has a combination of the distinctive Japanese white background with red text woven size tag and US-S stamp. It is a great example of what the new condition was like at the time, including those items. A valuable piece of clothing.

There is no fading, and although there are some stains and wrinkles from storage, it is still in a condition that can be enjoyed. The color is slightly discolored yellow. The buttons have some stains. The buttonholes are clean, so we assume that this is a relatively early Tiger shirt made in Osaka or Wakayama in mainland Japan. The print is still glossy, and although there are some wrinkles, the shirt is in excellent condition, very close to when it was issued at the time.
