These are 1940s WWII US Marine Corps Frogskin camouflage P44 pants. These pants are in good sturdy condition with some fading. The second front button from the bottom is missing. The hems are worn and frayed. Other than that, they are in beautiful condition with no major scratches or repairs. The jungle camouflage side has more fading and the beach camouflage side has less. The jungle camouflage side seems to have been worn mostly.
The P44 has large pockets on the buttocks to carry equipment needed in the field of battle, even if you don't have any equipment, and the pockets on the hands are also very useful.
