This OG-107 utility shirt is emblematic of the Vietnam War era. Among them, this particular piece is an exceptionally captivating item that bears strong traces of its service with combat units.

On the chest, you can see a U.S. ARMY patch and the Parachute Wings, with the CIB (Combat Infantryman Badge) positioned above them, suggesting that the wearer was a paratrooper with combat experience. Of particular note is the 173rd Airborne Brigade patch on the right shoulder.

The 173rd Airborne Brigade was one of the first U.S. Army ground combat units deployed to Vietnam in 1965 and is an elite unit that engaged in numerous operations in the fiercest battle zones. The patch, featuring wings and a sword on a blue field, is a design that symbolizes the pride and offensive power of the airborne forces, strongly suggesting that this item was closely associated with actual battlefields.Furthermore, these patches and insignia appear to be the original, factory-sewn (first-sewn) versions from that era rather than retrofitted, and their authentic history of use is a major part of their appeal.

The body is made of the cotton satin fabric characteristic of the early OG-107 model. Years of wear have produced a beautiful fade and a soft texture, giving it a vintage presence that a brand-new item could never achieve. All buttons are present, ensuring it is in reliable condition for practical use.

This is not merely a utility shirt, but a garment with "historical value" that tells the story of a single soldier’s career and combat history. Even among military wear, there are very few pieces from which such a rich background can be discerned.

Please note that this is a used item and cannot be returned.
