This is an actual vintage "M-41 Field Parka" which was adopted by the U.S. Army as equipment for extremely cold regions during World War II. This model is originally equipped with a mouton liner, but this item was released as a shell only. The reason for this is that it may have been mainly used for windproof and camouflage purposes rather than for protection from the cold.

The M-41 is attractive for its sophisticated functionality and simple yet powerful design. One of its distinctive features is the hood, which is designed in a two-part structure (separate) for easy attachment, removal, and adjustment. In addition, both a hand pocket and a gusseted pocket with a flap are provided, and it is packed with details that are excellent in terms of both storage capacity and practicality.
