This 2nd Model Jungle Fatigue Jacket (OG-107) is believed to have been issued around 1965. Introduced during the early stages of the Vietnam War, it features details characteristic of the early model—such as epaulets and a gas flap—making it a highly sought-after collector’s item. The size is SMALL-SHORT, which is a good fit.

The epaulets and front gas flap structure, characteristic of the 2nd Model, were designed with combat protection in mind. These details, which were simplified in later models, are fully preserved here, conveying the ruggedness and craftsmanship unique to early versions.

This particular piece is in a condition that clearly shows it has been actively worn. There is overall dirt, color variation, and wear marks from use, and scuffing and damage from wear can be seen around the pockets and on the front panel. Additionally, the label is worn and difficult to read, but this too is a detail that speaks to the history this piece has endured.

That said, the fabric itself has not suffered any critical damage and remains in wearable condition. In fact, this authentic, lived-in look is precisely what makes vintage pieces so appealing, giving it an atmosphere that a brand-new item could never replicate. This is a piece we highly recommend to those seeking an early-model fatigue jacket and to anyone who appreciates the value of a genuinely well-worn, authentic item.

Please note that this is a used item and cannot be returned.
