This is a pair of OG-107 Utility Trousers (Type I), contracted by the U.S. Army in the fiscal year 1970. These are also known as "baker pants," but they are actually "utility trousers" that were officially adopted as work pants by the U.S. military. The size is 36x31, which is a good size.

This pair is actual vintage with DSA 100-70-C-1908 notation, and has L-shaped patch pockets on the front and flap pockets on the hip.
