The contract label on the inside reads “COAT, MAN’S, COTTON, WIND RESISTANT, RIP-STOP POPLIN, OG-107, CLASS 1,” with the designation DSA 100-68-C-2821.Made from 100% cotton ripstop poplin—a hallmark of the 4th Model—this is an authentic U.S. military surplus item from the Vietnam War era.

It features four large, diagonally placed pockets, a double-breasted front, and lightweight ripstop fabric. It represents one of the most refined styles among jungle fatigues and is a piece that easily translates into contemporary fashion.
