This is a 1st Model Jungle Fatigue Jacket made in 1963. Size SMALL-SHORT and a popular size, this is a great jacket with 101st Airborne Division patches sewn on both arms. The name tape has been removed, as has the AIRBONE tab on the left shoulder and the jump wing on the chest. This jacket has a strong sense of use and has been used quite a bit. The stencil on the name tape has been backed out, leaving traces of the name. the US ARMY branch tape is also stenciled. It is assumed that this jacket was worn by an old soldier belonging to the Airborne. The stencil remains on the back of the collar. Although it has a strong sense of use, there are no missing buttons or repairs, and it is still in good condition to be enjoyed. Because it is a used item, returns are not possible.
