This is a rare frogskin camouflage shirt and pants set that was produced during the Vietnam War through private procurement by local South Vietnamese tailors in Saigon and other locations. The fabric used is the Frogskin (Duck Hunter) camo poncho fabric used by the Marine Corps. This is a very unique piece of clothing that is thought to have been tailored by the soldiers themselves as waterproof combat uniforms using this water-repellent fabric.
The greatest feature is that the inside of the pants is partially made of a fabric that seems to have been produced in Vietnam at that time, and there is a Vietnamese handwriting on the hem that seems to have been written by the tailor at that time. It is an item with high material value, showing not only the practicality as military wear, but also the life of soldiers at that time and their impromptu ingenuity. In addition, this set is in extremely good condition, as it is believed to be unused, and is suitable for both collection use and actual wear. Please experience the aesthetics of practical items born in the extreme conditions of the battlefield. This is a used item and cannot be returned. Please understand.
