This is a late 1970's Jungle Fatigue Rripstop fabric.
The fabric was actually worn and used by the military, so it has faded color, patches have been removed, etc., but there are no missing buttons or large tears. It is a place such as first as a state without missing buttons and big tears, etc. It may be a used item with a sense of wear.
