This is a U.S. Army government-issued ERDL boonie hat. It does not have a tag, so we do not know the date of manufacture. Although it has minimal signs of use, it has the curvature of a cowboy hat, so it is considered used. There are no noticeable stains or scratches. The item is in good condition.
